Transportation & Check-In

For those of you who have opted for transportation from Rome to Laticastelli on Tuesday, June 17th, you will need to meet at 11:00 am that day at Largo Martin Luther King, a bus station slightly outside Central Rome. The location can be found on Google Maps here – please save this location to your phone. We suggest asking your hotel ahead of time to have a taxi take you there.

The buses will arrive to Laticastelli in time for check in at 3:00 pm. The hotel does not offer lunch this day, so please make sure to have a hearty breakfast! The bus will stop at a rest stop, so you can purchase snacks there. Snacks will also be available in your room.

Almost all guests will be arriving at the same time, so in order to expedite your check in, you can send a photo of your passport to either Nick or Regan. We will provide this information to Laticastelli so you can get into your room faster. If you do not feel comfortable sending your passport information ahead of time, you will just need to show it to the hotel once you arrive.

For those who have opted for transportation from Laticastelli to Florence on Friday, June 20th, the bus will leave Laticastelli at 11:00 am. It will be dropping us off directly in Florence, at a location still TBD. You can expect to arrive in Florence around 12:30 pm.

What do I need to travel internationally?

Please make sure your passport is valid six months from your departure date. This means if your passport expires December of 2025, you will need a new one. You will not be allowed in the country if your passport expires within 6 months of travel.

What will be provided at Laticastelli?

Laticastelli provides breakfast every day for their guests. Your room will have AC, wifi, pool towels, and a mini bar.

As for your other meals, we will be providing dinner and drinks for both the welcome party and the wedding dinner, as well as lunch and drinks during the pool party. Any other meals can be ordered at the on-site restaurant or in town if you choose to venture.

What is the dress code?

For the welcome party, the dress code is summer cocktail. Light dresses, skirts, or pants for ladies; pants for men.

For the wedding day, the dress code is formal. We’d love for you to dress to impress! Think bright colors, fun prints, and light fabrics for comfort! Men, please wear a suit or suit separates. Please note, thicker heels are encouraged due to grass/cobblestones. We also recommend bringing a sweater for nighttime, as it can get chilly.

What will the weather be like?

The average high in June is around 80 degrees and the low is around 56 degrees. Bring a sweater for nighttime!
